Author's Guidelines

  • The Karpagam Charity Trust publishes JCS bimonthly.
  • All papers should be addressed to The Editor, KARPAGAM Journal of Computer Science (KJCS), Karpagam Educational Institutions, Coimbatore - 641 021, India OR e-mail at jcs_kasc@yahoo.co.in
  • Three copies of the paper to be submitted with name and complete address of all the author's and mobile number, title of the article and the category.
  • Articles hitherto unpublished in Journals only qualify for submission. Articles accepted for publication in Karpagam JCS should not be published in other Journals. All references made in the article should be traceable.
  • All the papers will be first assessed by our technical committee. Selected papers will be further scrutinized by the expert committee. Author's will be notified of the acceptance. It is the author's responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of figures, tables, etc. from published sources. The Editorial board has the right to accept or reject any article if not found suitable.
  • Copyright for the published articles will be owned by Karpagam Charity Trust which is the publisher of Karpagam JCS.
  • All the abstracts of the accepted paper will be displayed in the Karpagam JCS website www.karpagamjcs.in
  • The responsibility for the contents of the paper lies with the author's and not with Editor, Editorial Board as well as the authorities of the Karpagam University.


Guidelines for submission

Manuscript Preparation

Submission should be about 8 pages in length, typed in double space with Times New Roman font, Size 10, Double column on 81/2x11 inch paper with one inch margines on all sides and should include a 75-200 words abstract, 5-10 relevant key words, and a short (50-100) words biography statement.

The pages should be consecutively numbered, starting with the title page though the text, reference list, tables, figure and legends. The title should be brief, specific and amendable to indexing. The article should include an abstract, introduction, sub-headings, illustration and conclusion.

References

All the cited works used in the text must be included alphabetically in the reference list, and all the reference items must appear in the text. References should appear only in the following format.

Aritcle in a Journal Book :
